' Power balls are a great nutritious snack to have on hand! They are perfect with a morning coffee or afternoon snack or post-workout. These are made with natural ingredients with no added protein powders that can leave a nasty sickly, chalky taste. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids from the walnuts, fibre from the dates, protein from the nuts and almond butter and antioxidant rich from the raw cacao. They are super simple to make, however a  high-speed blender is essential. They are so delicious it is hard to just have one! They will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks and perfect to take with you on the go! Enjoy! '
