' This is the easiest recipe and with only 3 main ingredients. These peanut butter cups are perfect for when you are looking for a quick afternoon treat! Packed with antioxidants and healthy fats they nutritious as well as delicious! I usually have these ingredients at home so they are a frequent go to recipe, you don't need hundreds of ingredeints or spend hours in the kitchen! Have a go at making them, I am sure you will love them! ' 

Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

200g Dark Chocolate (minimum 70% dark chocolate)

Peanut Butter

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Pinch of Sea Salt

Method

  1. First place the coconut oil into a non-stick pan and melt. Once melted turn off the heat and stir in the chocolate and the sea salt. 

  2. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the chocolate mixture into small cupcake cases. Then spoon 1tsp of peanut butter and top with 1 more Tbsp of dark chocolate. 

  3. Place the peanut butter cups in the freezer for 1 hour. Then remove from the cases and enjoy! Store in the fridge for 10 days.
