My passion for health and nutrition stemmed from my own personal health issues throughout my adolescent and teenage years. For years I struggled with acne, weight fluctuations, hormonal imbalances and chronic kidney infections. I tried every antibiotic, every skin care regime and longed for healthy glowing skin. For as long as I can remember I have always been fascinated by the powerful effects of food on both your physical and mental health.
I began to adopt healthier eating patterns into my daily lifestyle, realising that for years I had been programmed to believe that less is more when it comes to health. I started to increase a variety of foods into my diet and could not believe the remarkable effects it was having. I had to learn more and began my studies at The College of Naturopathic Medicine. Once embarking on my own health journey, I quickly realised that I wanted to help others, to help regain their confidence and enable them to live life to the fullest.
When I realised I could eat without digestive discomfort, I could eat freely and love my food, it was a light bulb moment and life changing.
Each person’s health journey is unique, my focus is always on the individual and I will adapt and tailor a plan specific to my client’s needs. I will work with your daily lifestyle, incorporating a plan suited to individual budgets, working-lifestyle, family or living alone. I will set you up with the tools you need for long-term health, happiness and success.
I love to cook and I am passionate about sharing quick, delicious, nourishing meals that can be enjoyed by family and friends. My focus is always on inclusion, creating delicious, abundant recipes that are at foremost enjoyable to eat. I like to spend a lot of my time in my small, London kitchen cooking and eating fresh, seasonal produce. I believe that nothing should be complicated, just delicious food that is good for us. I also love to exercise, to spend time outdoors with my little cockapoo puppy. I strongly believe in the powerful effects of exercise for our mental well-being and I always encourage people to spend as much time outdoors as possible. Yoga and running are my personal favourites!
